The Lakeside story
A leap of faith became a lakeside tradition.
When Joe Troiano discovered the neighborhood store was for sale, he went home and told his wife, Palma Kolansky. With no retail experience and plenty of courage, they bought it—and built a place that feels like the heart of Cossayuna.
“The coffee is hot, the food is good, and just in case you ever run out… we sell eggs.”
